Dallas with Kids....

After a fun filled girlie weekend time to play with my boys! First stop, my other bestie, Jilly's house! Jill lives in a rural part of Dallas where the boys just had good 'ole fashioned fun, dressed in their underwear of course!

Dallas Baby!

Now Andy has left me, and I am a single mother with 3 boys....AHHH!!! But, like I said my mother-in-law is amazing and let me have a little girl time. The boys and I headed to the Big D so Mommy could attend a Boyz II Men, 98 Degrees, and New Kids on the Block concert. I seriously felt like I was 13 again! Not to mention I went with my 2 besties....it was PERFECT!

The next night was Becca's 32-Tu-Tu party...

 It started off pretty and girlie....(only for her would I wear a freaking tu-tu!)

Then the birthday girl wanted to go out....IN OUR TU-TUS! I must really love her, and I do! We got so many yells and hollars asking if we were a bachelorette or 21, so of course I had to embarrass her and say she was 21! (note to self this is what upsets Becca.)

I HIGHLY recommend everyone have a Peddy sister duo for friends, it's the MOST fun! We have been friends for 28 years, YIKES, and whenever we are together we always forget how old we are!

Stillwater, Take 1

When we arrived in Stillwater, Andy was only able to stay one night so of course we did all of the important things, like hit up all the greasy spoon restaurants. (That truly is his number one priority.) After he leaves the boys and I stayed for a while and enjoyed quite time with Mimi and Pops and the fun luxuries living in Stillwater allows you, like riding on a tractor! We were invited to go to the Bahamas this summer, but you know that my boys would rather spend their vacations just hanging out in Oklahoma? We really make special memories....

It's Been A While....

I can't believe how long it has been since I have posted. I am actually really quite mad at myself, but such is life with 3 boys, a husband and a full time job. I don't really know where to begin, but I think I will start back with my summer vacay....Ahhhhh......SUMMA TIME!

Every year we venture to Texas and Oklahoma Grizwald style, in our CAR! (A mini van none the less!) We still have lots of friends and family over there and we like to spend 4-5 weeks house hopping. Most of the time is spent with my in-laws in Stillwater, OK. I am going to give myself props as I go by MYSELF to hang with my in-laws, but actually I go happily since they are AWESOME! We take 3 days to drive the very scenic route from Miami to Stillwater. Here are a few pics.....

Family Wedding

A few weeks back Andy and I were actually able to get away (many thanks to my mother and father) and go to Texas for Andy's cousin's wedding. It was such a great time and a beautiful wedding. Andy is truly blessed to have many cousins and a large family and whenever we all get together we have a blast!

Baby Turns 1!

Where oh where has the year gone? My baby, my LAST baby, turned 1 on May 20th! This last year our little Forbes family finally felt complete. Duke really did "complete me". He isn't walking yet, but that's just fine with me. He says "mama", "dada", and "bahbah". His big brothers LOVE him, but yesterday I went to pick up the boys from my mom's house and my mom informed me that Sam decided to tape Duke's eye down. Sigh....and so my life with 3 stinky, smelly, disgusting, crazed, and perfectly delicious boys continues....

Happy Birthday Duke! You bring more joy and happiness to this family than you'll ever know! We love you so very much!
